Project summary
Project “Continue!“ is funded from 2014–2020 Operational Programme for the European Union Funds Investments in Lithuania. Project goal – to improve student achievements by providing support for effective changes in general education institutions. The support focus in two directions: a) implementing innovations in teacher professional development and b) implementing innovations in pre-service teacher training.
Project target groups: beginning teachers; teachers, who want to re-qualify or get additional qualification; individuals from other than education sectors holding higher education degree, who want to become teachers.

Expected results
Qualitative: nationally approved induction model for beginner teachers; more individuals attracted to become teachers and improved image of teacher profession; improved teacher capacities to adapt to changing education curricula; more effective assessment of teacher work quality.
Quantitative: 2221 participants – 1400 in informal studies and 821 in formal studies.
